Our award-winning program, recognized by the CDC, adheres to the highest standards of quality and is designed to prevent diabetes and manage existing conditions effectively. We offer a range of services including our Stay Well Prevent Diabetes Program, individualized nutrition counseling, and necessary referrals. For residents of Mobile County, financial assistance options are available based on household income, with charity care for those at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level, and discounted rates on a sliding scale for those earning between 250% and 400%.
