At CORE, we are dedicated to providing crucial financial assistance to families working in the restaurant industry in Muscle Shoals, AL, who are facing financial difficulties due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to alleviate the burden of unexpected expenses that can arise during challenging times, offering support for essential costs such as rent or mortgage, utilities, funeral expenses, medical bills, therapy, and transportation needs for hospital visits. We also recognize the needs of children, assisting with essentials like diapers, formula, and childcare costs. Former grant recipients can reapply for assistance after 12 months from their previous award, while we maintain a lifetime cap of $7,500 per recipient to ensure help reaches as many families as possible.
