MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Millbrook, AL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management. Coach mobile app for self-managed weight loss, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require further assistance after participating in the program.
