We offer a range of options to fit individual preferences, including interactive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who wish to manage their weight independently, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with medical interventions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not found success with other methods.
