MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Lanett, AL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, allowing for in-home support and communication. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have participated in MOVE! and need further assistance with weight-related challenges.
