Family Assistance Program

Located in Jacksonville, AL, the Family Assistance Program is dedicated to providing temporary cash assistance to low-income families, particularly those with children under 18 or up to 19 if they are full-time students. Our mission is to support families in meeting their essential needs during challenging times, enabling them to regain stability. We offer critical financial assistance designed to help cover basic needs, and we encourage individuals in need to apply through the local Department of Human Resources. Please note that benefits are available for a maximum of five years for adults during their lifetime, ensuring that we support families on their journey towards self-sufficiency.
