Health and Wellness Cooking Classes

At Five Loaves & Two Fish Healthy Teaching Kitchen in Hazel Green, AL, we are dedicated to fostering a healthier community through our low-cost health and wellness cooking classes. Our engaging and interactive environment allows participants to learn essential culinary skills and health concepts while cooking together and sharing ideas. We provide comprehensive health and nutrition education as well as guided cooking classes tailored for both individuals and groups, focusing on chronic disease management and prevention. Offered both virtually for participants across the nation and in-person in Central Florida, our classes are designed to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to lead healthier lives.
