The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Guntersville, AL, is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free, 12-month educational journey. We aim to empower our participants by providing accessible resources in both English and Spanish. Our program includes six informative e-booklets designed to guide participants through essential topics at their own pace, alongside a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community event information. Enrollees can also sign up for our Healthy Living newsletter and, if they provide their phone number, gain access to our engaging monthly Q&A sessions with American Diabetes Association experts.
