At Five Loaves & Two Fish Healthy Teaching Kitchen in Fairhope, AL, we are dedicated to empowering individuals through our low-cost health and wellness cooking classes. Our mission is to create a supportive and engaging environment where participants can cook together, share ideas, and enhance their understanding of nutrition and healthy living. We offer comprehensive health and nutrition education, alongside both individual and group guided cooking sessions, tailored to help with chronic disease management and prevention. While we welcome participants from across the nation to join our virtual classes, we also provide in-person experiences designed to foster community and connection in Central Florida.
