Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program in Eight Mile, AL, designed to support cancer survivors at any stage of their recovery journey, especially those who have completed their treatment within the past 24 months. With a focus on empowering individuals, our evidence-based services include nutritional guidance, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management support. We strive to provide the essential resources and compassionate care that survivors need to thrive after their diagnosis, helping them navigate the challenges of life beyond treatment.
