Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Anniston, AL, is designed to support individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, free, 12-month journey toward effective diabetes management. Our program is available in both English and Spanish, offering six informative e-booklets tailored to meet participants at their current level of understanding.
