MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Alexander City, AL, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and referred to tailored weight management resources that suit their individual needs. We offer a range of care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require further assistance.
