Based in Alabaster, AL, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. Our Family Support team stands ready to provide essential assistance right from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring that families have access to accurate information and comprehensive resources. Through our services, we offer tailored parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning guidance, behavior management strategies, and assistance navigating Medicaid applications, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
