Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program

The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program in Unalakleet, AK is designed to support individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a comprehensive, year-long curriculum that is both informative and engaging. Offered at no cost in both English and Spanish, this program empowers participants by providing six targeted e-booklets tailored to their journey after diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local resource information. Participants also gain access to a Healthy Living newsletter and eligibility for our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can directly engage with American Diabetes Association specialists.
