Cancer Transitions is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Unalakleet, AK, who have completed their treatment. While our evidence-based program primarily targets those who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, we welcome survivors at any stage of their journey. We focus on holistic well-being by offering nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and guidance on medical management. Our mission is to empower survivors with the resources they need to thrive after cancer, ensuring they feel supported in every aspect of their recovery.
