Based in Tok, AK, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to offering vital support for individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families. Our Family Support team is a caring resource for families navigating the complexities of a diagnosis, providing essential information, personalized mentoring, and specialized nutritional education to help manage dietary needs effectively. We also offer behavior management strategies and guidance through the challenging application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
