Financial Assistance for Families Working in the Restaurant Industry

Located in Sutton, AK, CORE is dedicated to supporting families in the restaurant industry who are facing financial difficulties due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to provide vital financial assistance for expenses that can quickly add up, including rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills and supplies, therapy, and childcare costs. We understand the unique challenges faced by food and beverage service employees, especially when balancing work and family needs during tough times. CORE also supports with funeral expenses and travel costs for medical care, ensuring families receive the help they need when they need it most. Former grant recipients can reapply for assistance after 12 months, with a lifetime cap of $7,500 to ensure we can reach as many families as possible. We are here to help alleviate some of the burdens on these hardworking families, reminding them they are not alone in their struggles.
