Located in Stebbins, AK, Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program designed to empower cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. While we primarily focus on those within 24 months of finishing their treatment, our services are available to survivors at any stage of their journey. Our program offers essential support in nutritional guidance, customized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management resources, all aimed at fostering a holistic approach to recovery and enhancing overall well-being.
