MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Scammon Bay, AK, through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to provide personalized care that addresses obesity by ensuring that each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually and given access to tailored treatment options that fit their unique needs. Services available include group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for remote support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer individual management. We also offer assistance with weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges.
