Located in Scammon Bay, AK, Cancer Transitions is a compassionate program designed for cancer survivors who have completed treatment. Focused on individuals within 24 months post-treatment, our service aims to support all survivors on their journey to recovery. We provide essential resources including nutritional support tailored to individual needs, customized exercise plans to enhance physical well-being, and emotional health education to bolster mental resilience. Additionally, we offer medical management education to help navigate ongoing health concerns, ensuring that no survivor has to walk this path alone.
