Our Family Support team is committed to providing accurate information and comprehensive assistance starting from the moment of diagnosis. We offer resources including parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management guidance, and support in navigating the application processes for Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
