Women, Infants and Children (WIC)

Located in Prudhoe Bay, AK, Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is a vital supplemental nutrition program dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of women, infants, and children ages five and under. Our mission is to enhance the nutritional intake and parenting skills of eligible participants through comprehensive services that include personalized nutrition education, essential breastfeeding support, and access to healthy foods. WIC personnel are committed to serving the community by regularly visiting villages to ensure that every family has the resources they need to thrive. We believe that every mother and child deserves support and guidance to foster healthy beginnings and lifelong wellness.
