MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Pilot Station, AK, the MOVE! Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and supported with personalized treatment options tailored to their individual needs. We offer a range of approaches to weight management including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. For those who prefer self-guided strategies, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides valuable resources. Additionally, we support Veterans facing significant challenges with weight loss through access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other options.
