Elders Program

The Elders Program in Nome, AK, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in our community by providing essential services and support tailored to their needs. We offer a wide range of assistance, including caregiver training, case management, and access to durable medical equipment. Our program also facilitates consumer-directed personal care assistant services, respite care, and education on fall and injury prevention.
