MOVE! Weight Management Program

Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and offered a range of supportive treatment options that align with their unique preferences and needs. Whether it's through engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, or our innovative TeleMOVE! system that connects Veterans to clinicians from the comfort of home, we strive to make weight management accessible and effective. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides valuable resources and support. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and options for bariatric surgery for Veterans who need further assistance after trying our initial programs.
