PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund

The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing up to $800 in financial assistance each year for travel-related expenses to access specialized care. Based in New Stuyahok, AK, our program helps alleviate the burden of travel for essential medical appointments, allowing patients to visit PNH specialists or seek second opinions. Funds can be applied towards a variety of costs, including airfare, ground transportation, accommodation, meals, and co-pays for necessary medical visits or tests not covered by insurance. Additionally, we encourage the support of loved ones by allowing grantees to travel with one companion, ensuring that patients receive both the care and comfort they need during their journey to better health.
