The American Children's Cancer Benevolence Fund (ACCBF) is dedicated to providing essential financial support to families in Kodiak, AK, whose children are battling cancer and to cancer survivors within four years of remission. Our Grant Program focuses on alleviating the burdens that come with a cancer diagnosis, offering financial assistance for vital needs such as housing, living expenses, utilities, food, medical treatments, prescriptions, transportation to medical appointments, and lodging near treatment facilities. Each benevolence request is carefully reviewed on a case-by-case basis, with assistance approved depending on the availability of funds and the specific circumstances presented in the application. We aim to ease the financial strain of our families during their challenging journey, ensuring that support is directed to service providers whenever possible.
