In Chugiak, Alaska, the Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program (WIC) is dedicated to fostering healthy food habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to provide essential food assistance, nutrition education, and breastfeeding support, ensuring that families have access to nutritious foods and vital resources. We also offer referrals to additional services to help our clients thrive. WIC is committed to nurturing healthy beginnings and empowering families to achieve better nutrition and well-being.
