Elders Program

The Elders Program in Aniak, AK, part of the Alaska Pacific Indian Association, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being and quality of life for seniors in our community. We provide essential support services, including caregiver training, case management, durable medical equipment, and personal care assistance tailored to individual needs. Our comprehensive offerings also feature respite services, fall and injury prevention education, and assistance with Medicare and Medicaid. We strive to empower our elderly population through programs like the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) and facilitate connection with monthly food boxes, teas, and potlucks. Additionally, we prioritize elder advocacy, resource access support, and offer transportation services in the Anchorage area. Our commitment is to ensure that every elder in our community receives the care, respect, and support they deserve.
