Health and Wellness Cooking Classes

Based in Alakanuk, AK, Five Loaves & Two Fish Healthy Teaching Kitchen is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through low-cost cooking classes. Our welcoming and interactive environment allows participants to cook together, share ideas, and deepen their understanding of health and nutrition. We offer comprehensive services including health and nutrition education, guided cooking classes for both individuals and groups, as well as chronic disease management and prevention education. While we provide virtual classes for participants nationwide, our in-person offerings cater primarily to the Central Florida community, creating valuable opportunities for hands-on learning and community engagement.
