Beginning college is an exciting milestone. The transition to being away from home and meeting heightened academic demands, however, can be challenging and contribute to stress and emotional problems, such as anxiety and depression. This guide is designed to help college students who are feeling overwhelmed to be better able to adjust to college life. When to Seek Professional Help for Adjusting to College Life
