...See more hey everyone, i'm creating this space for myself to come to every day, hopefully, and share my good moments. ✨ when i say 'good moment', it doesn't mean i have to feel happy or anything. it could be anything that made me feel a tiny bit better or something that made me feel good for a little bit. it could even be something that happened that's supposed to be good, even if it didn't change how i feel. or if i'm having a particularly bad day, a good moment could be a moment when i just didn't feel that horrific. and of course, it could be a moment when i just somehow magically feel fine for a bit, with no apparent cause. magic, lol. 🪄 i've recently realised that thinking of good moments makes every day feel a tiny bit different, instead of every day feeling the same and having that school, homework, exam, eat, sleep, repeat cycle going on. when i'm depressed and have been for months on end, it's really easy to just see that and forget the good that does occasionally come. perhaps after a while of posting on this thread, i might even be able to go back and read previous good moments when i'm feeling awful. i know that every time i try to feel better and actually get to feeling better, it eventually comes crashing down soon and i feel bad again. but i guess i'll try to feel better anyway by focusing on the good moments. and when i do get to feeling better, i want to make the best of it and use it to get work done, so that the times when it gets bad again don't affect my schoolwork too much. i will really try to come here every day and post something, even if it's very small and seems insignificant, even if i feel like i didn't have anything good happen that day. and if i ever have a miracle day when i have a lot of good moments, i'll try my best to list them all out for me to read on the awful days that follow (somehow my really good days are always followed by some really bad ones, and it sucks). if i ever miss a day of posting, i will try to post that day's good moments the next day. i know that sometimes i will need to mention the bad stuff too here, to be able to explain why something was a good moment, but in general, i will try my best to avoid talking too much about the bad on this thread. thank you, @bestVase7265, for encouraging me to write down my good moments. this idea of yours has been of a lot of help to me. i hope it works well with this thread for posting good moments. feel free to follow along and read whatever good i find every day, and share yours too (only if you'd like to, of course. you can always just stick to our space if you wish). 🤍🤍 anyone else reading this is welcome to share their good moments as well, i'd love to hear them. wishing you all the best. 💙

...See more I feel so unloved, like the pain of being alone in this world is too too heavy on me How do I keep going? I'm just so overwhelmed, I've been crying daily for like 3 days now I lost it, I'm not doing anything good, I'm lashing out on others. Whenever I try to make a friend I end up being selfish, and I hurt them I can't make friends, but I still need them. I've been alone almost all of my life, nobody cares about me, how do someone like me function without any of the important feelings that everyone gets? love, kindness, joy, enthusiasm, passion, ambition, humanly connection with others, nostalgia (As I never had good childhood memories, never went to any parks, zoos, oceans, traveling for fun, cinemas, or any of those places that are memorable memories for people in their childhood), and hope. I just wanted a hug for too too long, ever since I was a child, but nobody gave it to me, and now I'm a broken guy reaching adult age, and I will be blamed for my trauma as if I chose this. Unloved by parents, siblings, and everyone else who starts to know me hates me, in one way or another. 2 failed relationships, 1 blocked me, and one cheated on me I tried making a friend here, and I ended up hurting them, and now they dislike me. I wonder when they'll either block me, or use me for being too weak, I just don't think that they'll treat me any well after being this vulnerable to them, especially when they have issues themselves that could lead them to using me, or hurting me, and I understand that. I'm already a failure of becoming a man, and even a human being. Just a narcissistic who pretends to care. And I don't know what to do. Don't even have money for therapy, and I'm too broken to even go into this journey of college and jobs, I can barely survive while I'm with myself. I literally wrote this an hour before a final exam that I barely studied for, I didn't even know what was the subject till I checked it last night. People say that men can show their emotions, but that is a pathetic lie that gets told, just to pretend that we're equal, but nobody actually cares when a guy shows their emotions, unless they have a good amount in their bank account, or I guess a fancy wolf cut, or a six pack.

...See more Hey hey everyone, I hope this post finds you doing amazingly well.💛 I've been wanting to write this post for a while now, and finally can get it posted! 💛The Law of Attraction and the Power of Focus ft. Yellow Car Theory💛 The Law of Attraction says that our thoughts and feelings can shape our reality. This idea suggests that when we focus our energy and attention on something, whether it's a goal, desire, or even a material object, could be anything really, we are more likely to attract those very things into our lives. A simple yet powerful example of this phenomenon is the experience of noticing a yellow car. Once you start looking for a yellow car, you begin to see them everywhere. This isn’t merely coincidence, it’s a reflection of where you direct your attention and energy. (Ever tried this little activity of spotting a yellow car on the streets though? I have and it worked for me hehe, at times not a yellow car but a yellow something and I think it counts💛) The universe responds to our focus, amplifying the things we think about most. When we consciously decide to concentrate on positivity, gratitude, or our goals, we often find opportunities and experiences that align with those thoughts. This is not just limited to material desires, it extends to relationships, career aspirations, personal growth, sooo many different aspects in our life. For instance, if you focus on cultivating gratitude, you might begin to notice more things in your life to appreciate. (This one, I can personally vouch for, as even though I've been someone who notices and appreciates the little things and has gratitude for life and living beans since forever, with the kind of reserved, introverted, "takes time to let people in" personality I have it's the "expression" part that I've found to be lacking in but major improvements on this front and a hearty biiiiig thanks to 7 cups and specially the Peer Appreciation Program [https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScsCXyPYjQ4dsfLMh2ZzXC4of1lEutJsSasbkzc6JLDq7b8ow/viewform] that I've not just noticed the great around but also let people know as often I can) Similarly, if you concentrate on finding new opportunities at work, you may become more aware of openings or collaborations that you previously overlooked or just missed for xyz reasons. The act of focusing can create a ripple effect, allowing us to manifest what we truly desire. (Lol and not in the "witchy-voodoo" way but speaking something into the universe for yourself sooooo sincerely and consistently that the universe has no option but to reward you with it) However, it’s essential to recognize that this practice requires intention and consistency. It’s not enough to simply wish for something; we must actively engage with our thoughts and feelings, aligning our actions with our aspirations. Yesss, all-talk and no-game doesn't work anywhere. Harsh truth, but important to remember. By harnessing the power of focus, we can transform our lives, attracting the energy we wish to experience. I feel, this powerful principle emphasizes that our mindset plays a crucial role in shaping our reality. If we really think it through~ Mind Over Matter, always.
