Q1: What has been one thing this week has taught you today?
- To slow down in life, and that i need to re-learn how to manage stress :)
Q2: How emotionally challenging has this week been for you if at all?
- it has actually been quite okay. The two weeks before were definitely emotionally challenging - and then last week I got sick, and it forced me to stay home and truly rest, which actually helped me to feel much better mentally. Like a reset.
Q3: What helps you to feel calm when you feel angry, upset?
- for me whenever i am angry or upset i usually need to withdraw myself from my surroundings for a moment and give myself space to collect my thoughts and feel my feelings. Just some peace and quiet!

- curious, kind, reliable

Q1: What has been one thing this week has taught you today?: life is crazy unexpected! i have to get used to taking things in stride, because it will all work out in the end.
Q2: How emotionally challenging has this week been for you if at all?: oh, very. i had an incredibly long journey, with a lot of delays and mishaps.
Q3: What helps you to feel calm when you feel angry, upset?: music, and art. art can be anything from visual to writing for me.
Q4: Define yourself in three words: brave, stubborn, loyal :)
