I was going through a depression and I remember writing depression on the search bar, so I found 7 cups of tea and I decided to try to talk to someone here. It saved me so here I am :)
Someone mentioned it in a post on my dash about apps that are useful. I think it had others about doing taxes and making cheap food as well.
I was on tumblrthe other night when I was struggling with my anxiety and I had searched the anxiety tag to see what others were saying about it and a post popped up from tumblr linking me to their help page where this site was listed.
Tumblr brought me here as well! I saw the post, and while I need support from other listeners here, I also very much like to help people. What a great website!

I saw this site appear on my dashboard as part of a post. Tumblr can really be wonderful in the sense that it helps provide useful places for people to go when they are feeling down.
