I'm so sorry, the origin of some of my issues was from a breakup. But I'm recovering from anxiety and depression and I'm here to keep my self harm and anxiety in check c:
I feel like my family feels a little overwelmed with my up and down emotions its hard to act like everythings ok when i really feel like screaming inside. But i just dont want anyone to worry or feel annoyed by me. You know?
I know exactly what you mean, and then they just get angry at you for being quite and doing nothing right? I went through this and then one day ijust broke down, go to the member of your family you are closest with and tell them! No matter how hard it is..the weight will be lifted of your shoulders
