I heard about it at Imgur, and wrote down the name in case I wanted to talk to someone, cause I had thought many times about getting stuff out of my chest anonymously and with someone that wouldn't judge and wouldn't have to face me everyday at school or at home, but I didn't know where I could do that

I heard it through a friend of mine in my genetic counseling group at school. It's been a great experience to learn how to actively listen. It's so much more helpful than the normal listen-and-interrupt routine I'm used to.
