how did you find out about 7 cups of tea?
I heard about it at Imgur, and wrote down the name in case I wanted to talk to someone, cause I had thought many times about getting stuff out of my chest anonymously and with someone that wouldn't judge and wouldn't have to face me everyday at school or at home, but I didn't know where I could do that
I typed in therapy in the playstore and here I am a few months later!!

There was a help post on Tumblr about this with a link and I downloaded
Looks like all that tumblr exposure is paying off!
I used to go onto BlahTherapy but hated it. I thought it was the only place until I did an app search and found this. The 7cupsoftea community is a blessing!
I honestly don't remember how I found this app. I've had it on my phone for a while but just recently started using it. Its the only one like this I've tried and I'm glad I did.
I found 7 COT through Google. I had been bottling a lot of things to myself for well over a year, thinking that I could do it alone, but I soon learnt that it was just too much to handle. I googled "I think I need to talk to someone about depression!" And this site was the first one that popped up. I only wish I'd found this sooner, I could have felt less alone and relate to so many others. It's the only good thing that's happened to me this year.

I found 7COT when I was searching online for internships a couple of years ago and I ended up joining as just a listener and two years later I'm an intern. I love it here, I tell everyone about this site.
