hi! my name is rav and i'm new here.

i was introduced to the platform through word of mouth and so far i'm really enjoying learning about it as well as meeting people who are also struggling and searching for help.

i've had a lot of big life changes recently and have struggled with some mental health issues my entire life. i've only recently been able to consider getting support so i'm excited to see how 7 cups will play a part in this journey.
