Hi to all here, as a bit of an introduction ... Im 28 years old and I have been struggling for a number of years with anxiety and depression.
Here to connect with those who have a little understanding of what thats like as support at home isnt amazing and is occasionally harmful.

Welcome to 7cups. Anxiety and Depression can be really hard to deal with and a not so supportive home environment must not make it easy. 
Hope you receive all the support and help you deserve on here. Along with the forums, there are lots of group support chatrooms on 7cups that you can access here and socialise with other members or talk about how you're feeling and you can also connect 1-1 with volunteer listeners!
