I'm from New Zealand, undiagnosed but miight have autism or adhd, and I've been holding up a nearly 6 month long clean streak! I'll probably forget this site exists but.. I’m a mother and professional from Brazil. I’m divorced and my sons live abroad. I was feeling well the last 7 years. This year, my depression arrived one more time to visit me. But I want to fight this battle and I will do my best to send it away one more time.

Hello I'm Luke I'm someone who is decided to reach out for some help before it's too late and I don't want it anymore so that's why I'm here loneliness and PTSD depression you know I'm dealing with a lot and I'm alone a lot of the time and this is hard for me cuz I don't do this type of stuff but I recognize the importance of it now before it's too late that's why I'm here
@Heather225 Hello, my name is Leah and I'm 27! I have schizophrenia and I'm using 7Cups as a way to get more comfortable processing my emotions and opening up to others. So far it has really helped even though I've only tried one of the groups called The Sharing Circle I think? But today I'm going to give one on one a shot to see how that works for me. Hello. I just recently heard about this group online. It sounds exactly what I've been looking for. I often feel I just need to talk to someone. Alot of times just venting makes me feel better. With some advice or suggestions. But it's hard using my family or friends. So this idea of having someone to talk to that is in. I way affiliated with the situation or people involved helps.
