I am writing to multiple listeners but surprisingly no one is replying. What's going on?

@kindLychee6016 In Browse Listeners right now I can see three teen listeners who have Chat Now buttons. Any of them should reply if you click the Chat Now button and send a message. Three is not many, I know.
If they have a Chat Now button but they don't reply, it is helpful if you can report them, so they can get help with their listening skills.
If a listener doesn't have a Chat Now button, then you cannot always expect a reply.
