@Nada hi everyone over here! I'm a real newbie and trying to find out how it works. Have been through few cups already and it really helped. Generally, I came with anxiety problem.

Hi everyone! I just stumbled upon 7 cups a few days ago when I was looking for help with my depression. It's an interesting website, but still very confusing to me. I did a few cups on my path and a chat, which was okay. I also tried to participate in a forum , but I must be doing something wrong. But I think I'll figure it out eventually. 😊
