New to 7Cups - where to start?
I just discovered 7 Cups. There seem to be a lot of different ways to find support. It’s a little overwhelming. Would appreciate some guidance on where to start

Some come looking for support.

Thank you, harmony. This is helpful. I get that the sharing circle is a place to vent for a few minutes but I’m still not clear on how support chats are different.

You're right, you won't find one that's 'too different'. Maybe a different mix of members to interact with. But you will come across one where you both vibe and feel up-lifted with. They are a little nuisanced when it comes to members with a 'newbie badge'. But if you stick around long enough, that eventually doesn't matter anymore. The true 'support' are those you probably enjoy connecting with the most. Otherwise, the sharing circle is ideal. They specifically designed the group for just that. A place to vent without interruption.

I am using the laptop version of 7Cups.com :
In the upper right hand corner of the 7Cups window :
1) 'Chat'
2) 'Group Chat Support'
3) 'Groups' tab
4) 'Sharing Circle'
