As my progress handle shows, I am a Newbie. I found this site by accident or providence whichever you chose to believe. I actually came here due to a sudden oppressive sense of loneliness. I just needed to talk to someone, anyone. A Google search lead me to this site. I wasn't looking for this site in particular, because I wasn't aware that something like this even existed. No, instead, it was one of the many links offered up for me to consider due to my keyword search. I love the premise this site operates on. I came here looking for help, but the fact that I might be able to help others has totally taken my mind off of my own troubles and given me a new sense of purpose. NOW.... if I can just stick with it. I tend to get distracted sometimes, but I think this site is too great to just pass over. If I can lean to find my way around and work up enough courage to contact a mentor I might just make this a second home.

WELCOME! It really is awesome you found us and signed to help others too. As a newbie it is daunting but even posting here is truly awesome and shows courage.
There are some truly amazing mentors here who once upon a time were newbies too - in other words they are human approachable and have been in your shoes! Please reach out to one or many of them and hopefully you will see how welcoming and helpful they are.

I fully intend to as long as life outside of the internet doesn't sweep me away with other distraction, lol. I also plan on sharing this site with others as well. This site to me is what embodies the spirit of LOVE.

As someone sho totally failed at the online/ offline balance as a newbie it really is paramount and its great you recognise that :)
I totally agree this site symbolizes love so much compassion and empathy both behind it and contained within its pages.
you can use your unique referral link - found near bottom of homepage to spread the word on social media too. We are a friendly bunch so never be afraid to ask questions.
