How did you find out about 7 Cups of Tea?

I actually saw it this evening mentioned on an old buzz feed post about anxiety. Have trouble being accepted to join in when chatting in the chat rooms at the moment and understanding what I should expect from a "listener"

Simply typed depression into play store. Currently in counseling for depression and looking for tools to aid me.

I was looking for the Surrey Counseling hot line. I really needed to talk to someone and 7 cups was there.
