That's how I found 7 Cups of Tea

I actually searched for an online chat when I was feeling really depressed and this was one of the first websites to pop up. I spoke to someone about what was going on and found it extremely useful. I am so glad to now be connected with people who understand, where I can help them and they can help me.

I searched "suicide" on tumblr as I was feeling mildly depressed today and they gave me a warning to try to get help and use 7 cups of tea.. so I did, and it was the best decision ever (hats off to Killerqueen55) x

I actually found this site on an internship page! I think this is a great website for anyone because the fact that you can be anonymous you can feel comfortable talking about anything.
