see it is absolutely okay to feel this way! please know that there are many people struggling a lot more than you, dealing with problems worse than yours! instead of focusing on the problems which are few, why not focus on the blessings? which are plenty! experience the feeling and let it go! sit with it and this is how you will feel better! hope you are well. if you need a listening ear, you may reach out to me! i am also registering as a verified volunteer listener on the platform (during spare time) because giving reassurance and uttering kind and good words are also sadaqah! and also the professional duty of a psychologist!
