@James871 go to a place where ur alone and scream out loud. I know it sounds insane but it helps keeping stuff in has never helped anyone so try doing the opposite, let it out. Let me know if it works for u.

Hi I just need a hug <3 I had a rough day and I feel so stressed. I exercised, hot showered, took my medicine that's been helping with anxiety, meditated, and I am still feeling so overwhelmed. I am crying a bit right now.
