Hello guys..
my english is not good.. just letting you know.
i have paranoia all the time.
im always scared i dont know what to do.. i cant close my eyes when im alone in the room and i wont stop thinking my loyal boyfriend is cheating on me i wont stop thinking about alot of things i always have a headache and i dont know how to push it away.. i tried taking pills and it didnt work and im having a huge breakdown i found this website through Tumblr and i really hope it will help me.. please.. if anyone here has paranoia like me.. what do you do when you cant stop thinking? i really need help..
