Needing a hug! My heart is heavy today. Last night I found out that my friend's husband committed suicide. It makes me so sad that he felt there wasn't another way. It is upsetting to see people posting on his Facebook page "dammit", pointing the finger as to why he is selfish, and to shame him. I understand we all process things differently and grieft comes in all stages. I feel this is not the time to reflect on to how it could have been prevented or to shame him. This is a time to be there for the family, his children, and him. I needed to get it this off my chest.
